Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain, conveniently located off the hotel lobby, has celebrated our country’s diverse culinary heritage, inspired by Bobby’s extensive travels throughout America since November 2009. However, Mohegan Sun and Tao Group Hospitality announced last month that TAO Restaurant will take that spot and build a 10,000 square. On the low-price end, there’s Bow & Arrow ($2 draft beer and wings amid walls of TV screens for sports-loving couples) and on the classier end is Bobby Flay’s Americain or Michael Jordan’s.
